Taxpex
A professional digital presence designed around credibility, clarity and enquiries.
Business Context
Taxpex is a professional accounting firm needing a digital presence that reflects their expertise and reliability. The website serves businesses and individuals seeking tax and compliance services.
Challenge
The firm needed to stand out from generic, template-based accounting websites while ensuring that complex financial services were easy to understand for potential clients.
Objective
Create a trustworthy, high-converting digital experience that clearly articulates their services, builds immediate credibility, and makes contacting the firm frictionless.
Strategy
We focused on a clean, editorial layout using strong typography and a restrained color palette. The content hierarchy was designed to surface expertise and proof immediately.
UX / Information Architecture
Information architecture was simplified into core service pillars. We implemented a sticky navigation and prominent contact paths to ensure the user is never more than one click away from an enquiry.
Visual Direction
A calm, professional aesthetic using deep blues and high-contrast typography to evoke stability. Spacing was kept generous to prevent cognitive overload when reading about financial services.
Key Screens
Responsive Experience
The editorial layout was carefully adapted for mobile, ensuring that long-form service descriptions remain highly readable without horizontal scrolling or tiny text.
Important Decisions
We opted against using generic stock photography of calculators or handshakes. Instead, we used clean, typographic hero sections and subtle abstract geometric shapes to represent structure.
Outcome / Intended Impact
A stronger visual credibility that positions the firm as a premium partner, alongside an easier enquiry path for new business clients.
